According to betting website MyBookie, former World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk is currently the odds on favourite to team with Danhausen at the Premium Live Event. Punk is listed with -200 odds for the show, the only one on the list with negative odds.
Punk has been absent from TV since the Raw after WrestleMania 42. Headlining the biggest show of the year, Punk lost the World Title to Roman Reigns. Following the loss, Punk was interrupted by WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, who said that Punk could have a title match whenever he wanted.
Punk and Danhausen’s friendship has been seen on social media for years. Clips of the two interacting at conventions have been frequently posted, with the two sharing their love of comic books.
