WWE Night Of Champions Predictions

WWE will travel to Saudi Arabia for the Night of Champions Premium Live Event. The show will take place on Saturday May 27th at the Jeddah Super Dome inside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Brock Lesnar vs. Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes won at Backlash, but it could be argued that the victory was not decisive. A lucky roll up gave The American Nightmare the victory over Brock Lesnar, which only angered The Beast more. Rhodes will most likely win the second match to end the rivalry, continuing the momentum towards a rematch with Roman Reigns. While Lesnar will dish out more punishment to Rhodes, the WrestleMania 39 main eventer will come out on top.

Winner: Cody Rhodes

Gunther (c) vs. Mustafa Ali – Singles match for the Intercontinental Championship

With a future match against Matt Riddle seemingly set up on Raw, this match feels like a filler to get to the real feud. The match will be hard hitting and Ali will sell Gunther’s offence well, but the end result of a retention of the title is in no doubt.

Winner: Gunther

Bianca Belair (c) vs. Asuka – Singles match for the Raw Women’s Championship

Belair is now the longest reigning women’s champion in the modern era. With women’s wrestling still being fairly new to the Saudi Arabia crowd, a babyface win is probable here to give an inspirational and feel good moment to the crowd in attendance. With Asuka using the mist repeatedly as means of offence, Belair will find a way to counter this to retain the championship.

Winner : Bianca Belair

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn (c) vs. Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa – Tag team match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships

Roman Reigns will have held the Universal Championship for 1,000 days when Night of Champions takes place, and has not been pinned in even longer. The match feels like it is being set up so Roman can be pinned while not losing any championships. The Usos will try to interfere in the match, but this will ultimately cause The Bloodline members to be defeated and allow the champions to retain.

Winners – Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn

Seth Rollins vs. AJ Styles – The winner will be crowned the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion

Everything about the build to this match points to Seth Rollins being crowned the new champion. Rollins is a member of the Raw roster, where the new champion will call home. The Visionary is also being built up more with video packages and is the fan favourite of the WWE Universe. This will easily be the best in-ring contest on the show, with Seth Rollins adding another championship to his already decorated resume.

Winner – Seth Rollins

Trish Status vs. Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch needs a big singles win following a series of tag team matches, and a victory over the legendary women’s wrestler will help to restart Lynch. With Stratus seemingly being the one responsible for attacking Lita backstage, this match feels like it is setting up a return for the Hall of Famer. Lita may factor into the finish, distracting Stratus to allow Lynch to pick up the victory.

Winner – Becky Lynch

Rhea Ripley vs. Natalya – Singles match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship

Much like the match against Zelina Vega at Backlash, Ripley will not be losing the championship here. Natalya has not been built as a credible threat for the title, but will do well in selling Ripley’s offence.

Winner – Rhea Ripley
