Edge Announced For Upcoming Episode Of WWE Raw

Edge will be making a return to WWE on the November 29th edition of Monday Night Raw, which takes place at the Belmont Arena in Long Island, New York.

The Rated R Superstar has not been seen on WWE TV since the Crown Jewel pay-per-view, which took place in late October. At the Saudi Arabia show, Edge defeated Seth Rollins inside the Hell in a Cell structure to seemingly put an end to the rivalry between the two superstars. At the time of writing, it is not known what the former WWE Champion’s role will be on the upcoming edition of the red brand.

This will also be the first appearance by Edge on Raw since early 2021. Following the victory by the Hall of Famer at the Royal Rumble back in January, Edge appeared on Raw, SmackDown and NXT to confront each respective champion of their brand to tease the title match at WrestleMania. Eventually, Universal Champion Roman Reigns was selected by the winner, so Edge predominantly appeared on SmackDown to promote the build to the match. In the October 2021 draft, Edge was selected by Raw in the second round.

Also announced for the November 29th Raw are two other matches, which will see Seth Rollins face Finn Balor and WWE Champion Big E vs. Kevin Owens in a non-title match. Edge is not the only big name returning to WWE in the near future, as the return date for Brock Lesnar has also been announced.
