The Young Bucks Extend AEW Contracts Until 2024

The Young Bucks have confirmed that they have signed with All Elite Wrestling until 2024. Matt and Nick Jackson have confirmed the news on their Twitter page, with the following statement posted in their bio section:

till 2024. Let’s party for 2 more years!

The former AEW Tag Team Champions have been with the company since day one in 2019. It is being reported by F4W Online that their contract was going to expire on January 1st 2022 if an extension was not signed. Along with being active performers in the company, The Young Bucks are also executive vice presidents for All Elite Wrestling.

Most recently on AEW programming, Matt and Nick Jackson have been teaming with Adam Cole as part of The SuperKliq faction. The team have been feuding with Jurassic Express and Christian Cage in the past few weeks. The rivalry came to a head at the Full Gear pay-per-view, where Cage and Jurassic Express defeated the team of the Jackson brothers and Cole. However, it appears that both Matt and Nick sustained injuries in this match. Speaking on Being The Elite, Matt Jackson has said the following:

“I’m not medically cleared to even wrestle. Nick is not medically cleared to wrestle. He reinjured his bruised heel, the one I made fun of, that was a real injury. Joke is on me. Now my neck is kind of giving me grief,” Matt said.
