The Rock concert makes its triumphant return, qualifying matches for WrestleMania and more on WWE SmackDown.
With The Rock rounding out his trilogy of SmackDown appearances on the show, fans were treated to the return of the iconic musical segment The Rock Concert. The People’s Champion, complete with his Hollywood Rock theme, let his feelings be known about Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes with a musical number.
Additionally, another match was confirmed for WrestleMania and multiple tag teams secured their spot in Philadelphia.
The Following Results Took Place On WWE SmackDown:
- The Rock opened the show in Memphis, Tennessee and walked to the ring with his Hollywood Rock theme, much to the delight of the live crowd.
- Rock gave the fans a 2024 edition of The Rock concert, taking jabs at Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins while also throwing in a few jokes about his own history.
- Legado Del Fantasma defeated the LWO to advance i the WrestleMania Tag Team Championship ladder match tournament.
- Randy Orton defeated Grayson Waller. After the match, Logan Paul attempted to attack Orton but Kevin Owens made the save.
- LA Knight challenged AJ Styles to a match at WrestleMania. Styles accepted.
- Jimmy Uso accepted Jey Uso’s challenge for WrestleMania.
- Logan Paul was told by General Manager Nick Aldis that he will defend the United States Championship in a triple threat match against Randy Orton and Kevin Owens.
- Santos Escobar defeated Dragon Lee.
- The New Catch Republic defeated Pretty Deadly to advance in the WrestleMania Tag Team Championship ladder match tournament.
- Bayley defeated Dakota Kai via disqualification
