The last in The Rock’s announced appearances and more on WWE SmackDown.
Having previously announced that he would be appearing on 3 SmackDowns in a row, The Rock will complete his trilogy on the March 15th episode. The ending of the March 8th episode saw Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins accept The Rock’s challenge for an epic tag team match at WrestleMania, which is likely to be the main event of night one. It should also be noted that although The Rock is advertised for this appearance, Roman Reigns is not.
On March 1st, Rey Mysterio made his long-awaited return to SmackDown to help Carlito pick up the victory in a Street Fight against Santos Escobar. Mysterio will appear live on the show and will address what’s next for him as WrestleMania approaches.
