A title celebration and more will take place on WWE SmackDown.
At SummerSlam, Nia Jax defeated Bayley to become the new Women’s Champion. To celebrate the victory, Jax will appear live in a ceremony that is being organised by Jax’s friend and Miss Money in the Bank Tiffany Stratton.
After standing tall against The Bloodline for the second week in a row, Roman Reigns will appear live once again on the show. With The Original Triabl Chief yet to say a word since his return, this could be the show where he or perhaps a returning Paul Heyman address the events that have taken place since WrestleMania.
On the August 9th episode of SmackDown, Kevin Owens was named as Cody Rhodes’ challenger for the Undisputed at Bash in Berlin. Looking to prove that he is worthy of the opportunity and to build some momentum, Owens will be in action on SmackDown as he faces off against an opponent he has had issues with in the past, Grayson Waller.
New number one contenders to the Tag Team Championships will also be crowned as former champions DIY and The Street Profits will face off. The winners will challenge The Bloodline for the titles at a date to be confirmed.
