Nia Jax is the new WWE Women’s Champion.
Defeating Bayley at SummerSlam, Jax took advantage of a distraction from Tiffany Stratton to pin Bayley with two annihilators to become the Women’s Champion for the second time in her career. Jax used her power to her advantage over Bayley but could not put away the champion. Despite promising that she wouldn’t ahead of time, Stratton ran down to the ring with her Women’s Money in the Bank briefcase and looked to cash-in but was attacked by Bayley. Jax utilised the distraction to take advantage, win the match and celebrate alongside Stratton.
The victory brings Bayley’s title reign to an end at 120 days after defeating Iyo Sky at WrestleMania.
This was the third title change in as many matches as Bron Breakker won the Intercontinental Championship and LA Knight won the United States Championship earlier in the night.

Victorious in Saudi Arabia, Nia Jax became the new Queen of the Ring and in the process earned the opportunity to challenge for the Women’s Championship at SummerSlam.
