WWE Confirms Crown Jewel 2026 Will Go Ahead, First Matches Announced

Despite the unrest in Saudi Arabia and travel advice against visiting the country, WWE Crown Jewel 2026 looks to be going ahead as planned.

On the October 12 Raw, new Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan promoted her upcoming match with WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green at the event. This led to Green interrupting and losing an impromptu match to Roxanne Perez following Judgment Day interference.

Both women will face off with the Crown Jewel Championship on the line. Graphics were later confirmed for the show, along with the Men’s match between World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns and WWE Champion Sami Zayn.

There has been major uncertainty surrounding the show given recent events that have taken place in Saudi Arabia. King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh has been attacked multiple times, with the Iran-backed Houthi group based in Yemen taking responsibility.

There was no mention of Crown Jewel during Money in the Bank, sparking uncertainty surrounding the event. Both the United States and the UK have advised people not to travel to the country over safety concerns.

Currently, the show looks set for November 7 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The venue for the show will be around 30 minutes away from the airport that was attacked.

  • World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns vs. WWE Champion Sami Zayn – Singles match for the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship
