WWE Announces Return To Australia With Wrestlepalooza

WWE Wrestlepalooza will return at the end of the year and will take place in Perth, Australia to round out the 2026 PLE calendar.

On August 28, WWE Australia announced that Wrestlepalooza would take place at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia on Saturday, December 12. There will also be episodes of SmackDown and Raw on December 11 and 14, respectively, down under.

The event also marks the return of the December main roster PLE for the first time since 2020. The show in question was TLC, which took place with no fans in attendance during the pandemic. This will also be the show that takes place between Survivor Series: WarGames and the Royal Rumble.

WWE presented the first Wrestlepalooza in September 2025 to mark the beginning of PLEs being broadcast on the ESPN app. Although the card was loaded with the likes of Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena and AJ Lee’s first match in over 10 years, the event received mixed reviews from fans and critics.

WWE Returning To Australia For Wrestlepalooza

The last time WWE held a major show in Australia was for Crown Jewel, which saw Seth Rollins defeat Cody Rhodes in the main event. The show also saw John Cena’s final international match as he faced off against AJ Styles one last time.
