One of the WWE “Big 4” events could be coming to Perth, Australia in 2028 as part of the latest agreement with the city and the pro wrestling company.
As reported by WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, there are discussions for either Survivor Series or even the Royal Rumble taking place down under. 2028 is said to be the target year, with the “Big 4” of WWE being Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, SummerSlam and WrestleMania.
The company announced that WrestlePalooza would be coming to Perth in December 2026, and will be the first of a three-year deal between both parties. If this is the case, it will be an early wake up time for those in the United States to watch the show live. For those in the UK, Australian shows start around 10 am.
WWE Looking For Larger Events For Australia
As the 2026 Royal Rumble took place in Saudi Arabia and WrestleMania 43 is also scheduled for the kingdom, major pro wrestling events are now going more international than before.
The first Australian show of the new run began back in 2024 with Elimination Chamber. The show was nearly thrown into doubt as the ship carrying the structure was targeted by pirates. However, the show was eventually able to go off without incident.
In 2025, Perth hosted Crown Jewel, which featured John Cena’s final international match and the second Crown Jewel Champions crowned.
