Randy Orton looks set to make his WWE return very soon following a lengthy hiatus.
Orton was last seen on SmackDown back in November 2024 when he was attacked by Kevin Owens. Hit with a package piledriver, Orton was stretchered out of the arena and taken out of the arena in an ambulance. With Orton one of the biggest stars in the company, many are hoping to see The Apex Predator back soon as WrestleMania is fast approaching. According to a new report, Orton’s return could be any day now.
As reported by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Orton is said to be “expected back in the mix by next month”, with it also being added that “the current plans call for Orton to be back in time for WWE’s European tour prior to Wrestlemania 41.”
While not confirmed it is expected that Orton will seek revenge on Kevin Owens, likely leading to a match at WrestleMania 41. It should be noted that Owens is set to face Sami Zayn in an unsanctioned match at Elimination Chamber on March 1st.
Randy Orton Talks Hall Of Fame
With 14 World Championships at 2 Royal Rumble victories among his many accomplishments, it is inevitable that Orton will be indicted into the Hall of Fame when the time comes. However, with Orton feeling revitalised after his career was nearly taken away from him, it’s doubtful that his career will end anytime soon.
Speaking in a 2024 interview, Randy Orton revealed who he wanted to induct him into the WWE Hall of Fame when it is time to wrap up his legendary career.
