Another match has been made official for the next WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event special, which will air live on November 1.
On the October 20 episode of WWE Raw, a major update was provided on the World Heavyweight Championship, which was previously held by Seth Rollins. General Manager Adam Pearce stated that as Rollins had undergone surgery, he had been stripped of the World Title. With Raw in need of a top champion, Pearce also announced that a battle royal would take place later in the night, where the winner would face CM Punk for the title at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
The battle royal took place in the main event, which saw Jey Uso emerge the victor, last eliminating Dominik Mysterio.
On October 21, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis added another match to the card. Following the brawl that took place between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre on the last episode of SmackDown, on top of the fact that both men have been brawling for weeks, McIntyre will once again get an opportunity at the top tilte at the upcoming special.
On the October 24 SmackDown, Jade Cargill turned heel for the first time in her WWE career by attacking Tiffany Stratton. It was later announced that Stratton vs. Cargill with the title on the line would take place at the November 1 special.

- CM Punk vs. Jey Uso – Singles match for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship
- Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Drew McIntyre – Singles match for the WWE Championship
- Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jade Carill – Singles match for the WWE Women’s Championship
- Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. Penta vs. Rusev – Triple threat match for the Intercontinental Championship
WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event will air live on Peacock in the United States and on YouTube internationally on November 1.
