Line-Up Announced For AEW Dynamite

A special episode of AEW Dynamite aired on October 8th.

Airing live on Tuesday night, All Elite Wrestling presented a Title Tuesday special episode that saw a title match and implications for the upcoming WrestleDream pay-per-view. This was also the WrestleDream go-home episode of Dynamite.

Mercedes Mone put both her TBS and NJPW Strong Women’s titles on the line against Emi Sakura on the show while Britt Baker and Willow Nightingale battled it out to see who would challenge Mariah May for the Women’s Championship at WrestleDream.

The Following Results Took Place On AEW Dynamite:

  • Jon Moxley opened the show and claimed that he would be the one to end Bryan Danielson’s career
  • Darby Allin and Brody King came face to face and a brawl broke out that was broken up by security
  • Hologram defeated Komander. Rush, Dralistico and Beast Mortos attacked both men after the match
  • Daniel Garcia announced that he would be staying with AEW following previous speculation surrounding his future
  • Britt Baker missed Dynamite due to illness. As a result a fatal 4 way was booked between Willow, Saraya, Nyla Rose and Jamie Hayter. Willow won and will challenge Mariah May for the title at WrestleDream
  • Jay Whtie returned to action and won a squash match
  • Mercedes Mone defeated Emi Sakura to retain the TBS and NJPW Strong Women’s titles
  • Bryan Danielson and Wheeler Yuta defeated Claudio Castagnoli and Pac
