Zoey Stark has further detailed the injury that occurred on WWE Raw while also elaborating on her recent surgery.
On the May 19th episode of Raw, Zoey Stark landed badly during her match against Rhea Ripley and Kairi Sane. Clutching her knee immediately upon impact, Stark was checked on, unable to continue and was taken out of the match.
In a follow-up video on social media, Stark is seen in a car prior to her appointment at Rothman Orthopaedics in Florida. The Raw star then states that they are there to fix her ACL, MCL and meniscus. Stark is seen entering the centre on crutches.
The video then states that Stark’s scheduled 2-hour surgery lasted 3 and a half hours and a further update would be provided on June 16th.
When Will Zoey Stark Return?
At the time of writing, there has been no update regarding how long Stark is expected to be absent from TV. However, due to the severity of the injury, the Raw star is expected to be out of action for an extended period of time, with one report stating that she would not be cleared in time for WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.
While no 2 injuries are the same, fellow WWE star Charlotte Flair was out of action for over a year after also suffering a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus at the end of 2023.
Features of Wrestling would like to wish Zoey Stark a full and speedy recovery.
