The King and Queen of the Ring tournaments will continue on the next episode of WWE Raw.
The June 9th episode of Raw saw the 2025 tournament officially begin with Roxanne Perez and Sami Zayn both advancing to the next round. On the June 16th show, 2 more 4-way matches will take place.
In the King of the Ring tournament, former tournament winner Sheamus, Bronson Reed, Rusev and a mystery opponent will all face off in the first round. In the Queen of the Ring tournament, a returning Asuka will take on Stephanie Vaquer, Raquel Rodriguez and Ivy Nile. This will be Asuka’s first match in over a year after suffering a knee injury in May 2024. Asuak last competed at Backlash in France.
The finals will take place at Night of Champions on June 28th. The winners of each tournament will receive a World Championship match at SummerSlam.
