Zoey Stark suffered an injury during her Money in the Bank qualifying match on WWE Raw and had to be helped to the back.
Stark competed in a triple threat match against Rhea Ripley and a returning Kairi Sane on the May 19th episode of Raw, which saw the winner advance to the Women’s Money in the Bank match on June 7th. Stark went for a missile dropkick in the early stages but landed awkwardly, immediately clutching her knee.
The match was paused as the medical team checked on Stark. After the break, Michael Cole stated that Stark was no longer a part of the match, and the qualifier had turned into a one on one match. Ripley pinned Sane to qualify for the ladder match after hitting the Riptide onto the returning star. Roxanne Perez also qualified for the match on Raw, and both join Alexa Bliss as part of the line-up.
At the time of writing, the specifics and severity of the injury are unknown.
Zoey Stark Previously Injured While In NXT
Stark previously suffered a knee injury back in 2021 when she was a part of the NXT roster. Stark returned in the summer of 2022. The Raw star was previously aligned with Trish Stratus and a member of the Pure Fusion Collective faction with Shayna Baszler and Sonya Deville, both of whom are no longer with the company.
