WWE SmackDown Results February 7

The fallout from the Royal Rumble continued on WWE SmackDown.

With Royal Rumble winners Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair still yet to make their decisions over which champion they would face at WrestleMania, both Uso and Flair appeared live to confront the champions of SmackDown and assess their options. Additionally, multiple qualifying matches took place for the Elimination Chamber, which will see the winners of the Chamber matches also receive a World Title match at WrestleMania.

Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett were the commentary team for the show.

The Following Results Took Place On WWE SmackDown:

  • Jey Uso opened the show and celebrated with the fans. Uso thanked the fans and brought out Cody Rhodes, who congratulated Uso but also noted that they could end up as opponents for WrestleMania. The segment was interrupted by Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga, which led to a brawl. Uso and Rhodes vs. Tonga and Fatu was made official for later in the show.
  • Bianca Belair defeated Piper Niven to qualify for the Women’s Elimination Chamber match.
  • DIY celebrated their victory at the Royal Rumble before being interrupted by Pretty Deadly, leading to a tag team match between the two. Pretty Deadly defeated DIY.
  • Drew McIntyre, Jimmy Uso and LA Knight all cut promos ahead of their match. McIntyre won the match and has qualified for the Elimination Chamber match.
  • Carmelo Hayes defeated Akira Tozawa.
  • Charlotte Flair spoke about her Royal Rumble victory before being interrupted by Tiffany Stratton. The duo were then interrupted by Nia Jax and Candice LeRae, followed by Alexa Bliss
  • Alexa Bliss defeated Candice LeRae to qualify for the Women’s Elimination Chamber match.
  • Cody Rhodes and Jimmy Uso defeated Tama Tonga and Jacob Fatu. Solo Sikoa attacked Cody Rhodes after the match.
