WWE Raw Results March 30: Multiple Title Matches Ahead Of WrestleMania

Live from Madison Square Garden, the March 30 WWE Raw presented a loaded line-up to continue the WrestleMania build.

Intercontinental Champion Penta, Tag Team Champions The Usos and Women’s Tag Team Champions The Irresistible Forces all put their respective titles on the line inside the World’s Most Famous Arena. With the champions looking to secure their matches at WrestleMania 42, the stakes were raised with just a couple of weeks to go before the show.

Additionally, Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns and CM Punk all appeared live. Lesnar continued the build to his match with Oba Femi, while Reigns and Punk had their latest confrontation.

This was also the first episode of Raw to take place since John Cena was announced as the host of WrestleMania 42.

Michael Cole and Corey Graves were on commentary for the show.

WWE Raw Results March 30:

  • Cody Rhodes officially opened the show. Before Rhodes could address his WrestleMania opponent, Randy Orton, Stephanie McMahon interrupted. McMahon applauded Rhodes for always doing the ring thing, but warned him that he would need to be different to beat this version of Orton at WrestleMania. After McMahon said that Rhodes needed to be different than his father, Rhodes told McMahon that she was different to her father, and ate a slap from McMahon in the process.
  • The Vision defeated The Usos in a street fight to become the new World Tag Team Champions. IShowSpeed had a front row seat and accidentally took out guest commentator LA Knight, continuing the theory that he is cursed by Danhausen.
  • Liv Morgan appeared live and insulted her WrestleMania opponent, Stephanie Vaquer. The two brawled before Roxanne Perez made her return to help Morgan stand tall.
  • Nia Jax and Lash Legend vs. Balyey and Lyra Valkyria for the Women’s Tag Team Championships ended in DQ when Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss attacked the champions.
  • Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi had their latest confrontation. Femi made his way to the ring and took out security on his way to Lesnar. Triple H stood in between both men to prevent further physicality.
  • Finn Balor appeared in a pre-tape challenging Dominik Mysterio to a match at WrestleMania.
  • Penta defeated Kofi Kingston to retain the Intercontinental Championship. It was later announced that a ladder match would take place at WrestleMania with the IC Title on the line.
  • Paul Heyman appeared live to gloat about The Vision’s Tag Team Title victory earlier. Raw GM Adam Pearce informed Heyman that all charges against Seth Rollins had been dropped from the previous week, adding that The Visionary was cleared to compete. Rollins once again struck Heyman with a chair, but was later put to sleep by Gunther. Their WrestleMania match was later made official.
  • Raquel Rodriguez defeated IYO SKY.
  • CM Punk and Roman Reigns brawled to close out the show. Punk got the better of Reigns this week as he slammed Reigns through the announce table to close out the show.
