Cody Rhodes Comments On WWE Experience That Costs "An Absurd Amount Of Money"

Cody Rhodes has given his thoughts on a certain WWE experience over WrestleMania weekend that has been called out for how much money it will set back fans.

Growing in size more and more each year, WrestleMania is now more than just the show itself. Along with the SmackDown, Hall of Fame ceremony and Raw broadcasts in the host city, there is also the WWE World attraction that gives fans the opportunity for meet and greets with stars of the past and present, a large selection of merchandise and exclusive panels, all of which come with a premium price.

In addition to all this, the service On Location has given fans some even more exclusive experiences that are well into the thousands. One of the options is to give select fans a tour of The American Nightmare’s tour bus, and was priced at $9,950. Despite the fact that many fans called out the high price of the tour, this has since sold out as there were very limited spots to be a part of it, which also includes a meet and greet with Rhodes.

Cody Rhodes Grateful At How Much Money Fans Are Paying

While appearing as a guest on Busted Open Radio, Rhodes first noted that this tour began back in 2025 and was much more discreet:

“We did this tour last year very quietly. And it’s just a sweet On Location deal for the people that want a little bit of that extra moment. What I did last year was very fun, they got to see my WrestleMania gear in advance and we got to talk WrestleMania,” Rhodes said.

Continuing, Rhodes expressed his gratitude that fans are willing to pay that much to see him, but added that the experience does cost “an absurd amount”:

“I’ve got a good plan for them this year, because like you said, that’s an absurd amount of money. And, gosh, thanks for — the fact that people are out there paying that, that makes me feel incredible. So I want them to definitely feel like they got a unique and cool experience and something intimate for us. Because when you get those moments with your fans where you can sit down across from them and actually get to know them — two of the guys that were on the bus tour last year are actually coming on my podcast. I wanted to bring a fan onto the podcast to see what that experience was like. We’ve stayed in touch. So I look forward to a whole new motley crew on the bus this year. And thank you for doing that.”

This is not the first time that details of premium experiences have made their way onto social media and got fans talking. One VIP experience for the upcoming Clash in Italy show is priced at $11,500, and will also see those fans attend a wine tasting and a pasta making course featuring a WWE Superstar.

Rhodes will defend his WWE Championship against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 42, which is expected to be the main event of night 1 of the show.
