Roman Reigns addressed the fans and more on the July 21 edition of WWE Raw.
One week on from his return to WWE TV, Roman Reigns confronted Paul Heyman to get answers as to why his former Wiseman betrayed him at WrestleMania 41. With Heyman currenltly aligned with Seth Rollins, who is out injured until further notice, The Oracle also found his backup to be diminished.
Additionally, CM Puk spoke with World Heavyweight Champion Gunther ahead of his title match at SummerSlam and Sheamus faced Rusev in a Raw rematch.

WWE Raw Results July 21:
- CM Punk officially kicked off the show and spoke about his match with Gunther at SummerSlam. Punk reminded the fans that he is the best in the world, which brought out the champion. Guther promised to make Punk regret his decision to return to wrestling.
- Sheamus defeated Rusev.
- The LWO defeated The New Day and The Creed Brothers to become the new number one contenders to the World Tag Team Championships.
- Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria had a war of words, leading to a no DQ match being booked for SummerSlam that would see Valkyria unable to challenge for the title again if she lost. Valkyria laid out Lynch to stand tall.
- The Judgment Day defeated Lyra Valkyria and Bayley to retain the Women’s Tag Team Championships. Lynch attacked Valkyria during the match to allow the heels to capitalise.
- Karrion Kross defeated Sami Zayn.
- Dominik Mysterio attacked AJ Styles backstage and told him he was cleared to compete, meaning that the match at SummerSlam is on.
- Stephanie Vaquer vs. IYO SKY ended in a no contest after they were attacked by The Secret Hervice and Naomi. Rhea Ripley came to the aid of the babyfaces.
- Reigns confronted Paul Heyman, who was flanked by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. Reigns stated that Heyman was a dumbass and warned Bron Breakker of things to come down the road. The heels attacked Reigns, leading to Jey Uso making the save so that they could stand tall to close out the show.
