CM Punk returned, The Rock made a surprise visit and more on WWE Raw.
Airing live from the Allstate Arena, the same arena where CM Punk made his shock return to WWE back at Survivor Series, the show was set to be a blockbuster and newsworthy event before The Hollywood star made an unannounced appearance.
Additional matches announced included Candice LeRae vs. Ivy Nile and Ricochet vs. JD McDonagh.

- Cody Rhodes opened the show and once again received a great ovation from the live crowd. Rhodes admitted that he had an issue with Roman Reigns and his part-time schedule before The Rock made a surprise appearance. Rock whispered something in Rhodes’ ear and left.
- Ricochet defeated JD McDonagh
- CM Punk made his return and threw some insults directed at Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins. McIntyre made fun of Punk with lines such as “You don’t do drugs, you don’t drink, but you spend all your time in rehab,”
- Candice LeRae defeated Ivy Nile
- Paul Heyman was seen talking with Drew McIntyre backstage
- The New Day vs. DIY ended in a no contest when The Judgment Day attacked both teams.
- Andrade defeated Giovanni Vinci
- Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley had an intense confrontation. Lynch mocked Ripley’s lack of in-ring time on Raw. Lynch punched Dominik Mysterio in the face.
- Bronson Reed defeated Sami Zayn
- Jey Uso defeated Shinsuke Nakamura
- A backstage brawl ensued between Cody Rhodes and The Bloodline, which saw The Rock attack Cody Rhodes and leave him a bloody mess.
