Breaking news on WWE Raw.
As was reported ahead of time, Rhea Ripley suffered a serious injury and may have to vacate the Women’s World Championship. Unfortunately, the rumours were true and Ripley had to relinquish the title. Additionally, a title match took place and Sheamus made his return after a lengthy hiatus.
The Following Results Took Place On WWE Raw:
- Rhea Ripley opened the show, making her entrance with her right arm in a sling. Ripley stated that she had to vacate the Women’s World Championship. The crowd chanted bullsh*t, to which Ripley agreed it was. Ripley then turned her attention to Liv Morgan and blamed her for the attack. Morgan interrupted Ripley and the two were separated by security
- Sheamus made his return complete with his old entrance music. Sheamus defeated Ivar
- The Awesome Truth was presented with new Tag Team Championships. DIY defeated The New Day and The Creed Brothers to become the new number one contenders
- Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae defeated Maxxine Dupri and Ivy Nile
- Andrade defeated Dominik Mysterio
- Chelsea Green and Piper Niven defeated Kayden Carter and Katana Chance
- Cody Rhodes addressed the crowd. Rhodes questioned who ordered the hit on Jimmy Uso and discussed a possible future match with The Rock. Rhodes wanted to repay Jey Uso for his help at Mania, but Uso stated that he needed to do it himself
- Jey Uso defeated Finn Balor
- Sami Zayn defeated Chad Gable to retain the Intercontinental Championship. After the match Gable attacked Zayn.
