A major title match and more took place on WWE Raw.
Following on from his title triumph at SummerSlam, Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker defended the title for the first time in a 2 out of 3 falls match against Sami Zayn. Additionally, with Randy Orton set to challenge Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at Bash in Berlin, The Viper appeared live on Raw.
Kicking off the show, Rhea Ripley addressed the recent implosion of The Judgment Day.

- Following a video package recapping the events that took place at SummerSlam, Rhea Ripley opened the show. Ripley was interrupted by Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan, who were met with heavy boos. Damian Priest launched a sneak attack on Mysterio as Ripley chased Morgan away.
- Damian Priest defeated Carlito
- Odyssey Jones defeated Vincent Whiney in a squash match. The Final Testament interrupted and a six man tag between the trio and Jones, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods was agreed upon
- American Made defeated Alpha Academy
- Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane vs. Zoey Stak and Shayna Baszler ended in a no contest when Alba Fyre interfered to cause a DQ finish. Fyra and Alba Dawn attacked both teams after the bell to stand tall
- Randy Orton addressed his upcoming match against Guther before being interrupted by The Ring General. Gunther brought up Orton’s family and was interrupted by Drew McIntyre, to which Orton hit Gunther with an RKO. CM Punk attacked McIntyre
- Bronson Reed defeated The Miz
- Bron Breakker defeated Sami Zayn in a 2 out of 3 falls match to retain the Intercontinental Championship
