The fallout from Money in the Bank and more will take place on WWE Raw.
Following on from a very newsworthy Premium Live Event in Toronto, the July 8th episode of Raw will focus on the fallout from the event that saw surprises and confirmed the first matches on the road to SummerSlam.
Money in the Bank proved to be a very mixed night for Drew McIntyre, who started the show strong by unhooking the Money in the Bank briefcase in the opening match but was once again screwed by CM Punk later that night, resulting in a failed cash-in. General Manager Adam Pearce has announced that following his actions after the show, McIntyre has been suspended.
While Jey Uso and Chad Gable failed to unhook the briefcase at Money in the Bank, both men are on a mission to prove that they are the better wrestler. Uso vs. Gable will take place on Raw and is likely to see the return of the Wyatt Sicks, who have been targeting Gable for a number of weeks.
Dominik Mysterio continues to be the target of Liv Morgan’s affection and has seen Rey Mysterio and Zelina Vega now factoring into the complicated relationship. A mixed tag match will take place on Raw that will see Morgan and Dom partner up.
The new Tag Team Champions will also be in action as Finn Balor and JD McDonagh will team up with Carlito to take on the team they beat for the titles The Awesome Truth, who will partner up with Braun Strowman.
