Rhea Ripley addresses the fans and more on WWE Raw.
The closing angle of the July 8th episode of Raw saw Rhea Ripley make her return from injury to confront Dominik Mysterio, who has been the target of Liv Morgan’s affections for a number of weeks. Ripley will open the show and will likely address the series of events that have taken place in her absence.
At SummerSlam, Damian Priest will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against King of the Ring winner Gunther. The champion and the challenger will meet face-to-face on Raw to build to the upcoming title match.
Following his actions on the Money in the Bank post-show, Drew McIntyre was suspended by General Manager Adam Pearce. The following episode of Raw saw CM Punk call out McIntyre and demand that the suspension be lifted so that both men could settle their differences. Pearce has lifted the suspension to discuss what’s next for Drew McIntyre.
While not announced, expect new matches to be added to the SummerSlam card, which will see the event take place on August 6th.
