Rhea Ripley is back!
After 3 months away, Ripley made an emphatic return on the July 8th episode of WWE Raw and did what many expected, confronted Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan. While Ripley has been away, Morgan has continually attempted to seduce Mysteio and steal him away from Mami. Following the main event of Raw, where Morgan and Mysterio defeated Zelina Vega and Dom’s father Rey, it appeared that Mysterio was finally about to crack after being caught in a compromising position earlier in the night and give in to Morgan’s advances before Ripley’s music hit.
Storming to the ring, Ripley looked irate at the events that had transpired while she was away, causing Morgan to flee through the crowd and leaving Mysterio all alone. As Mysterio went for a hug, Ripley simply blanked him and walked to the back as the show went off the air. Throughout the night, Damian Pirest received multiple phone calls, signalling that Mami was on her way back.
Rhea Ripley Looks To Pick Up Where She Left Off
Suffering an injury shortly after retaining the Women’s World Championship against Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 40, Mami relinquished the title while on top and vowed that she would claim her title back upon her return. While Ripley has been absent, Morgan has made it her mission to take everything away from Ripley as part of her revenge tour. Successfully dethroning Lynch to become the new Women’s World Champion, Morgan attempted to steal The Judgment Day away but now has a bigger problem to deal with.
