Airing live from Paris, France, the September 1 WWE Raw rounded out the European tour and focused on the fallout from Clash in Paris.

A title match took place on the show as Dominik Mysterio defended the Intercontinental Championship against AJ Styles. Additionally, the future of the Women’s World Championship was addressed, and Penta found allies in The Viking Raiders to take on The New Day.

Michael Cole and Wade Barrett were on commentary with more than 20,000 loud fans in attendance in Paris.

• Following a recap from Clash in Paris, CM Punk was seen waiting for Seth Rollins, stating that it would be on sight if he saw Rollins.
• Jey Uso officially opened the show. Uso spoke about the assault on Roman Reigns that took place at Clash in Paris before being interrupted by LA Knight. Knight stated that Uso cost his chance of being champion at Clash in Paris, prompting Uso to challenge Knight to a match. Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker interrupted. Following an exchange of insults, a tag team match was made for later in the show.
• The Kabuki Warriors defeated The Judgment Day.
• Adam Pearce announced that IYO SKY vs. Stephanie Vaquer would take place at Wrestlepalooza, with the winner being the new Women’s World Champion.
• Finn Balor defeated Dragon Lee.
• Penta and The War Raiders defeated The New Day.
• Dominik Mysterio defeated AJ Styles to retain the Intercontinental Championship thanks to interference from El Grande Americano.
• Adam Pearce informed CM Punk that Seth Rollins had made his way into the building, prompting Punk to make his entrance. Punk called out Rollins and Rollins’ entrance music played, but it was Becky Lynch who appeared. Lynch called out Punk for all the things he said about Rollins over the years and how she had to deal with CM Punk chants during her own matches. Rollins appeared and taunted Punk, prompting Lynch to slap Punk repeatedly. Punk walked away. Punk later informed Adam Pearce that he would be at the next SmackDown taping, which would be in Chicago.
• Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed defeated Jey Uso and LA Knight. Uso and Knight were attacked after the match.Jimmy Uso made the save with a steel chair,
