One of the biggest shows of the year, WWE Money in the Bank will once again give 2 stars the opportunity at a championship match at any time.
Much like Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber, the biggest selling point of Money in the Bank is the Men’s and Women’s ladder matches that give the winners the ultimate opportunity to face the champion of their choosing. With the men’s winners having an 80% success rate and the women’s having a 100% success rate, whoever wins the matches has a strong chance of holding gold very soon.
Additionally, John Cena will be in action again as he will team with Logan Paul to take on Jimmy Uso and Cody Rhodes. Also, Becky Lynch will have one more shot at Lyra Valkyria’s Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
WWE Money In The Bank 2025 Predictions
Rhea Ripley vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Giulia vs. Naomi vs. Stephanie Vaquer – Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match
A much more unpredictable match compared to previous years, there is a strong case for every competitor to gain possession of the briefcase. Perez and Giulia have just been called up to the main roster and would benefit from the push with the contract, while Ripley and Bliss are firm fan favourites and legitimate threats to cash in on a champion of their choice. However, with Naomi doing great work as a heel on SmackDown and with both champions being babyfaces, a Money in the Bank win feels like the next logical step.
Winner: Naomi
John Cena And Logan Paul vs. Cody Rhodes And Jey Uso
This match is pretty much a lock for Rhodes and Uso to walk away with the win. Uso has a World Title defence against Gunther on the next episode of Raw and this will be Rhodes’ first big match since his return. Paul will take the pin and Cena can maintain that he is still the greatest on the road to SummerSlam.
Winners: Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso
Lyra Valkyria (c) vs. Becky Lynch For The Women’s Intercontinental Championship
All signs point to a title change here. Valkyria previously defeated Lynch to win the NXT Women’s Championship back in 2023 and also picked up a victory over Lynch at Backlash. With the stipulation being that Lynch has to win or never challenge for the title again, The Man will finally get her win over Valkyria, likely via nefarious means. Additionally, Valkyria will have to raise Lynch’s hand should she lose, likely setting up another match down the road.
Winner: Becky Lynch
Solo Sikoa vs. LA Knight vs. Penta vs. Seth Rollins vs. Andrade vs. El Grande Americano – Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Unlike the women’s match, the men’s Money in the Bank match has fewer options as to who will unhook the briefcase. LA Knight remains as popular as ever so could be a good face winner to challenge John Cena down the road. Additionally, it is possible that WWE wants to give Penta an opportunity at the main event. However, with Seth Rollins having the new faction behind him and being known for his legendary 2015 cash-in, The Visionary looks to be the favourite in LA.
