WWE Backlash 2026 Line-Up & Start Time

Two title matches, a mystery partner and more are part of the line-up for WWE Backlash 2026.

After Roman Reigns captured the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 42, The OTC already has his first challenger. On the Raw after WrestleMania, Jacob Fatu crashed the celebration and demanded a shot at the title. After locking in the Tongan Death Grip on Reigns, the champion agreed to the match.

Also at WrestleMania, Bron Breakker made his return from injury and attacked Seth Rollins. With both men looking to prove they are the more dominant force on Raw, Breakker and Rollins will face off at the Premium Live Event.

With The Miz and Kit Wilson still being terrorised by Danhausen, the duo got some revenge on the May 1 SmackDown. After being laid out by Miz and Wilson, Danhausen demanded a match. Nick Aldis granted the match, but only if Danhausen could find himself a tag partner.

John Cena is also set to appear live and deliver a major announcement for the fans.

The show will air at 6 pm local time, which will be 11 pm in the United Kingdom. Backlash will air live on ESPN in the United States and on Netflix internationally. Trick Williams vs. Sami Zayn and Bron Breakker vs. Seth Rollins will air for free on ESPN 2.
