Tama Tonga Makes WWE Debut On SmackDown After WrestleMania

Tama Tonga

Tama Tonga is the newest member of the WWE roster and the newest member of The Bloodline.

Addressing Roman Reigns’ WrestleMania loss on the April 12th episode of WWE SmackDown, Paul Heyman credited Rhodes for the victory while accompanied by Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso. Disagreeing with Heyman’s thoughts, Sikoa said that losing has consequences, turning his attention to Uso. The two embraced and Sikoa walked away, leading to Uso being jumped by a mystery attacker, who later revealed themselves to be Tonga. Both Tonga and Sikoa attacked Uso and left him laying. Heyman attempted to call Reigns but his phone was smashed by Sikoa.

Who Is Tama Tonga?

The nephew and adopted son of Haku, Tonga was previously a part of NJPW for 14 years before leaving the promotion shortly after Wrestle Kingdom 18, where he announced at the press conference that his time with the company was coming to an end. One of the founding members of Bullet Club, Tonga was a part of the most famous faction in NJPW History and was also a 4-time NEVER Openwieght Champion and 7-time IWGP Tag Team Champion.

It was first reported back in February that Tonga would be joining WWE.
