Rhea Ripley Injured; Title Could Be Vacated On WWE Raw

Rhea Ripley

Rhea Ripley’s lengthy WWE Championship reign could be brought to an abrupt end.

As reported by PWInsider, the Women’s World Champion suffered an injury on the Raw after WrestleMania while involved in a backstage brawl with Liv Morgan. Furthermore, the injury could be so severe that the title could be vacated as a result, which could take place on the April 15th episode of Raw.

The Eradicator was one of the few champions to retain her title at WrestleMania. In the opening match of the weekend, Ripley defeated Lynch to extend her one-year-plus title reign. As a result of the many title changes that took place in Philadelphia, Ripley currently has the longest title reign of all the champions in the company.

Rhea Ripley Dominates The Division

Ripley has been pretty much unstoppable since her triumphant victory in the 2023 Royal Rumble match, which saw the Women’s World Champion become the first woman to win the match from the number one position. Ripley would go on to defeat Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 39 to begin her lengthy reign as champion, which included a main event match in front of a packed stadium in her home country of Australia.
