New Matches & Day Split Confirmed For WWE WrestleMania 41

First Match Confirmed For WWE WrestleMania 41

The road to WrestleMania 41 is officially underway as the first match has been made official for the biggest show on the WWE calendar.

Following his victory at the Royal Rumble, Jey Uso officially made his WrestleMania decision on the February 10th episode of Raw. After being attacked by World Heavyweight Champion Gunther in the opening segment, Uso announced that The Ring General would be his opponent for the show. With Uso losing to Gunther at the January 2025 Saturday Night’s Main Event special, Uso is looking for a different result the second time around.

With Uso confirming that Gunther is his champion of choice, this means that whoever wins the Men’s Elimination Chamber match in March will challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed Championship at WrestleMania. Women’s Royal Rumble winner Charlotte Flair made her decision on the February 14th SmackDown and will face Tiffany Stratton at the event.

Following the shocking events that took place at Elimination Chamber, which saw John Cena turn heel, it has been confirmed that Cena will challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed Championship at WrestleMania.
