TNA looks set to have numerous talent and personnel leave the promotion very soon as multiple reports have indicated departures are on the way or have already happened.
With contracts remaining a major news story throughout 2024, stars from WWE, AEW NJPW and TNA have all looked to secure their futures one way or another. While many have chosen to stay with their respective promotions, others have elected to opt for free agency and explore new opportunities. On December 16th, multiple members of the TNA roster were reported as finishing up with the promotion as their current deals had expired. This was also in addition to previous names that had already confirmed they would be leaving ahead of time.
Who Is Leaving TNA?
- Rhino announced his departure in a Facebook post on December 13th shortly before Final Resolution
- Tent Seven has left the promotion, as reported by PWInsider.
- KUSHIDA has finished up with the promotion and will be focusing on New Japan moving forward, as reported by PWInsider and Fightful Select.
- Ring announcer Jade Chung informed TNA that she would not be signing a new contract when her current deal expires at the end of the year, as reported by PWInsider. Chung’s husband and former World Champion Josh Alexander stated in an interview that his deal expires in February 2025.
- AJ Francis will see his contract expire at the end of the year unless a new deal is agreed upon, as reported by Fightful Select.
