More matches have been added to the WWE NXT Heatwave 2025 card, including one that will see the TNA Knockouts Championship on the line.
Both Masha Slamovich and Ash by Elegance have been looking to bring back the Knockouts title to TNA over the past few weeks, with each wrestler costing the other their opportunity at Jacy Jayne on Impact. As a result of this, it was announced on the August 12 broadcast that Jayne will put the championship on the line against both women at Heatwave.
With Jayne also holding the NXT Women’s Championship, a new challenger for the title will also be determined on the show. At Heatwave, Jaida Parker, Kelani Jordan and Lola Vice will face off in a triple threat match, which will see the winner earn an opportunity at Jayne at a later date.
There are now 5 matches made official for the upcoming Premium Live Event, which also includes Jordynne Grace looking to get revenge on Blake Monroe and Oba Femi putting his NXT Championship on the line against either Trick Williams or Je’Von Evans.
The Updated Card For WWE NXT Heatwave 2025 Is As Follows:
- Oba Femi (c) vs. Trick Williams or Je’Von Evans – Singles match for the NXT Championship
- Hank Walker and Tank Ledger (c) vs. two members of DarkState (Dion Lennox, Cutler James, Saquon Shugars, Osiris Griffin) – Tag team match for the NXT Tag Team Championships
- Jacy Jayne vs. Masha Slamovich vs. Ash by Elegance – Triple threat match for the TNA Knockouts World Championship
- Jordynne Grace vs. Blake Monroe
- Jaida Parker vs. Kelani Jordan vs. Lola Vice – NXT Women’s Championship number one contender’s match
WWE NXT Heatwave will air live on Peacock on August 24 on Peacock in the United States and on Netflix internationally.
