Cody Rhodes to speak and more have been added to the September 18 edition of WWE SmackDown.
The next show will see the blue brand return to the United States following a live show in Mexico City, MX. The main event of the September 11 show ended in shocking fashion as Sami Zayn defeated CM Punk to win the WWE Championship for the second time in his career. Zayn’s big win will be addressed on the show.
Cody Rhodes will also be interviewed on the show. The American Nightmare lost to Randy Orton after failing to pull the trigger on the punt kick. Rhodes will address what’s next on the show.
It has also been announced that more Money in the Bank qualifying matches are set to take place on the show. Currently, Sol Ruca and Bron Breakker have booked their spots in the respective ladder matches. No entrants for the qualifying matches have been announced at this time.
