Another NXT call-up, the final build to Backlash and more are set for the May 4 edition of WWE Raw.
On the Raw after WrestleMania, new Women’s Champion Liv Morgan was interrupted by former NXT Women’s North American Champion Sol Ruca. After Ruca lost her Last Women Standing match to former friend ZARIA at NXT Revenge, it was announced on the April 27 Raw that Ruca would appear live next week. Set to officially join the Raw brand moving forward, Ruca will sign her contract on the show.
As this will be the final episode of Raw before Backlash, the show will focus on the upcoming Premium Live Event on May 7. At the time of writing, 3 matches have been confirmed for the show:
- Roman Reigns (c) vs. Jacob Fatu – Singles match for the World Heavyweight Championship
- Seth Rollins vs. Bron Breakker
- IYO SKY vs. Asuka
