Line-Up Announced For December 20 WWE SmackDown

A title match and more have been announced for the next WWE SmackDown.

With Jade Cargill out injured, General Manager Nick Aldis made the decision to allow Naomi to reign as Women’s Tag Team Champion alongside Bianca Belair. The new champions will defend the titles for the first time on SmackDown against Women’s Champion Nia Jax and Candice LeRae.

On December 13th, Braun Strowman made his shock return as the newest member of the SmackDown roster and defeated Carmelo Hayes in quick fashion. Strowman will be addressing his return on SmackDown as he will be a guest on The Grayson Waller Effect.

Following a shock DIY heel turn, Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa defeated The Motor City Machine Guns to win back the Tag Team Championships. Gargano will take on Shelley on SmackDown.

It should also be noted that the show has been pre-taped ahead of time to allow the roster time off for the Christmas break. As such, spoilers are available for the December 20th SmackDown.
