A title match, a grudge match and more will take place on WWE Raw.
At WrestleMania 40, Sami Zayn defeated Gunther to end the 666-day reign and become the new Intercontinental Champion. Having been trained for the match by Chad Gable, the leader of The Alpha Academy stated that if Zayn won then he wanted the first shot at the title. Making good on his promise, Zayn has agreed to the conditions and will defend the Intercontinental Championship against Chad Gable On Raw.
Also at WrestleMania, Dominik Mysterio and Santos Escobar lost to Rey Mysterio and Andrade thanks to interference from Jason Kelce and Lane Johnson. Looking for payback, Dominik Mysterio will face off against Andrade on Raw.
