Kazuchika Okada Signs With AEW

Kazuchika Okada

Kazuchika Okada is officially All Elite and has joined forces with an unexpected duo.

As was seen on the March 6th episode of AEW Dyanmite, Okada made his shock entrance and aligned himself with The Young Bucks in the process.

Following on from their loss at AEW Revolution, Matt and Nick Jackson were irate and addressed what was next for AEW. Beginning by addressing their Elite allies, it was announced that due to his actions at the pay-per-view that saw multiple officials attacked, Adam Page would be suspended until further notice. Additionally, the future of Kenny Omega was addressed. With Omega out with illness, The Jacksons stated that due to Omega not making any dates in AEW he would be fired.

At this point, Eddie Kingston’s music hit, with the Continental Champion wanting to waste little time talking. As Kingston brawled with The Bucks, the familiar coin drop rang through the arena. The crowd erupted as Okada made his entrance and stood by Kingston’s side. However, the alliance was not to be as Okada hit Kingston with a Rainmaker shortly afterwards, confirming his alliance with The Elite.

Kazuchika Okada Previously Rumoured To Debut

Okada’s debut was expected as a report broke shortly before Dynamite went on the air that the New Japan legend was in the United States. With Ospreay and Okada now a part of AEW, the promotion is once again looking to rebuild the momentum of their 2021 glory days.
