A new era began on AEW Dynamite.
With AEW Revolution now in the rear view, Dynamite underwent a reset on the March 6th episode. Complete with a new theme song, new graphics and a new set, the March 6th Dynamite felt like a season premiere for the AEW flagship show.
Focusing on the fallout from Revolution, the show saw Will Ospreay in action and a major announcement from The Young Bucks.
The Following Results Took Place On AEW Dynamite:
- Tony Schiavone introduced Swerve Strickland, who addressed his loss at Revolution. Strickland vowed to become World Champion in the future before being interrupted by Samoa Joe. The World Champion talked trash before being challenged to another title match by Strickland. The Undisputed Kingdom interrupted to lead to a match between the ROH Tag Team Champions and Joe and Strickland. Joe and Strickland defeated The Undisputed Kingdom
- Hook defeated Brian Cage to retain the FTW Championship
- Killswitch defeated Daddy Magic. Adam Copeland returned to challenge Christian Cage to an I Quit match at the upcoming Dynamite in Toronto
- The Young Bucks addressed their loss to Sting and Darby Allin at Revolution before being interrupted by Eddie Kingston. A brawl ensued that was interrupted by Kazuchika Okada, who aligned himself with The Elite
- Riho defeated Kris Statlander
- Darby Allin addressed Sting’s retirement and his impeding departure to climb Mount Everest. Allin was interrupted by Jay White, who will face Allin at Big Business.
- Will Ospreay defeated Kyle Fletcher. After the match, Bryan Danielson stared down Ospreay.
