Jordynne Grace has let the fans know that she is dealing with an injury after competing in a match prior to SmackDown went on the air.
Grace was in action against Alba Fyre during a Main Event taping that took place before the March 6 broadcast went on the air. Footage from those in attendance shows Grace being checked on by WWE officials in the ring, and later posted an image of herself in Chelsea Green’s wheelchair, joking that there was a chair conveniently there.
In a follow-up post, Grace posted a photo of her and Chelsea Green in walking boots, jokingly adding that her and Green are now “ankle sisters” as they both have similar injuries.
At this time, the specifics or the severity of the injury have not been disclosed, meaning that it is unknown if Grace will be cleared to compete at WrestleMania.
Jordynne Grace Suffers Injury Shortly After Main Roster Call-Up
After a year long stint in NXT, Grace was called up to the main roster in ealry 2026 and has been predominantly competing on the SmackDown brand. The former TNA Knockouts Champion briefly feuded with WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill, including a match for the title, but Grace was unable to capture the top women’s prize on the SmackDown brand.
