IYO SKY is going to SummerSlam after winning the Queen of the Ring tournament.
At Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia, SKY defeated reigning Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan to capture the crown. After the match, SKY said she would challenge Morgan at SummerSlam.
This is the first time that SKY has won the Queen of the Ring tournament. SKY defeated Raquel Rodriguez to advance to the finals, while Morgan defeated Charlotte Flair. Morgan had an advantage in her semifinal clash as Jade Cargill attacked Flair before the match.

As a result oft he victory, SKY will challenge for a top Women’s Championship at SummerSlam in August. While SKY picked up the win over Morgan at Night of Champions, the Genius of the SKY also has history with Rhea Ripley, who currently reigns as the WWE Women’s Champion on SmackDown. However, Ripley is currently dealing with an injury and is out of action until further notice.
