Huge Name Being Discussed For WWE Evolution 2

A multi-time Women’s Champion and one of the all-time greats could be making their return at WWE Evolution 2 next month.

As reported by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Selectthose within the company have expressed an interest in having Trish Stratus be a part of the upcoming Premium Live Event on July 13th. It is also noted that while noting is locked in at the time of writing, there are plans if Stratus does agree to be a part of the show.

The report also adds that the card did have to be shuffled as a result of the Liv Morgan injury that occurred on Raw, which resulted in the 2-time Women’s Champion requiring surgery and will miss months of action.

Stratus made her return to the ring at the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble in the number 25 spot. 2025 also marks 25 years since the Hall of Famer made her in-ring debut, and she had previously stated that she wanted to do something to celebrate the milestone. Stratus also teamed with Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton at Elimination Chamber, picking up a victory over Nia Jax and Candice LeRae.

Stratus was also a part of the 2018 Evolution event, teaming with fellow Hall of Famer Lita to defeat Mickie James and Alicia Fox.
