More information has been revealed on Chelsea Green’s WWE deal after the SmackDown star re-signed with the company earlier in the year.
As reported by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Green’s new contract is a five-year deal, meaning that she will be a part of the promotion until 2030. It is also added that Green initially signed a 3 year deal back in 2022 that was set to expire this year.
One of the most popular stars in WWE’s Women’s Division, Green became the first ever Women’s United States Champion at the end of 2024 by defeating Michin the the finals of the tournament at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Green also previously won the Women’s Tag Team Championships alongside Sonya Deville, but later tagged with Piper Niven after Deville was sidelined with a torn ACL, putting her out of action for over a year.
Currently, Green has aligned herself with Niven and Alba Fyra as part of The Secret Hervice, but Niven remains out of action with injury.
Chelsea Green Looking To Win Gold Outside Of WWE
Along with her appearances on SmackDown, Green has regularly appeared on NXT, recently as an ally for North American Champion Ethan Page. Green and Page are set to challenge La Hiedra and Mr.Iguana for the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship at the AAA Alianzas on November 2nd.
