Christian Cage is now officially recognised as the TNT Champion.
Former TNT Champion Luchasaurus defended the title against Cage and Darby Allin in a 3-way match on the September 23rd episode of Collision. However, due to the close alliance between Cage and Luchasaurus, the title match was effectively a handicap match putting Allin at a disadvantage.
Allin attempted to isolate the duo, but the numbers game would repeatedly catch up to the former champion. The ending of the match came about when Allin hit a Coffin Drop onto Luchasaurus. Cage would rush to the ring and thrown Allin out to pin Luchasaurus to win the match and the title.
Despite Luchasaurus winning the championship on the first episode of Collision, Cage had been carrying around the title like he was the champion. Following the victory on Collision, Cage has made it official.
Also on Collision, multiple matches were made official for the AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view.
