Bron Breakker Wins Back Intercontinental Championship From Jey Uso In Controversial Fashion On WWE Raw

Bron Breakker is the Intercontinental Champion once more after he defeated Jey Uso in a controversial manner on WWE Raw.

Bron Breakker is now a 2-time Intercontinental Champion after defeating Jey Uso in the main event of WWE Raw.

Unhappy with the events that took place on the September 23rd Raw, which saw Jey Uso defeat Breakker and win his first singles championship in 14 years, Breakker attacked the champion for a number of weeks. Agreeing to a rematch, Breakker vs. Uso 2 took place on the October 21t Raw in Philadelphia.

The match saw Uso put up a valiant effort against the powerful offence of Breakker, but it would be a distraction that ultimately brought his reign to an end at just 28 days. Midway through the match, Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu made their way to the front row as they had bought tickets to the show. The Bloodline continued to distract Uso throughout the match to allow Breaker to take advantage.

More Bloodline distractions ensued with Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa appearing at ringside before Adam Pearce forced them to go to the back. The closing moments of the match saw Fatu hit Uso while the referee was distracted to allpw Breakker to take advantage, win the match and the championship.

When Did Bron Breakker First Win The Intercontinental Championship?

Breakker’s first reign began at SummerSlam when he defeated Sami Zayn to win his first championship on the main roster. Breakker previously challenged Zayn at Money in the Bank but came up short that night.
