AEW Full Gear 2025 aired live from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, in what was also the 7th iteration of the event.

Multiple no DQ matches were announced ahead of time as Kyle O’Reilly faced Jon Moxley in a No Holds Barred match, and Kyle Flectehr defended his TNT Championship against Mark Briscoe in a No DQ match, where Briscoe was forced to join The Don Callis Family if he lost. Additionally, Adam Page put the World Championship on the line against Samoa Joe inside a steel cage.

With PAC throwing Darby Allin through a flaming table during the Blood and Guts special, both men also faced off on the show, and the first-ever National Champion was crowned via the return of the popular Casino Gauntlet match stipulation.
