Blood and Guts returned on the November 12 edition of AEW Dynamite, with a women’s match taking place on the show for the first time ever.
With a special 2 and a half hour runtime, the show kicked off with Triangle of Madness [Thekla, Julia Hart, & Skye Blue], Mercedes Moné, Marina Shafir & Megan Bayne vs. Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale, Toni Storm, Jamie Hayter, Queen Aminata & Harley Cameron in the Women’s match, while the Death Riders [Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia, & PAC] vs. Orange Cassidy, Darby Allin, Roderick Strong, Kyle O’Reilly, & Mark Briscoe Men’s Blood and Guts match took place in the main event.
Excalibur, Tony Schiavone and Bryan Danielson were on commentary for the show.

- The Triangle of Madness [Thekla, Julia Hart, and Skye Blue], Mercedes Moné, Marina Shafir and Megan Bayne defeated Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale, Toni Storm, Jamie Hayter, Queen Aminata and Harley Cameron in the Women’s Blood and Guts match. Toni Storm surrendered for her team.
- Adam Page defeated Samoa Joe in a falls count anywhere match. Page then stated that he would face Joe inside a steel cage at Full Gear.
- Tony Schiavone introduced Ricky Steamboat, who was threatened by FTR. Brody ing and Bandido made the save to protect the Hall of Famer.
- Orange Cassidy, Darby Allin, Roderick Strong, Kyle O’Reilly, and Mark Briscoe defeated The Death Riders [Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia, & PAC] in the Men’s Blood and Guts match. Jon Moxley submitted for his team. Briscoe was late to arrive to the match after being attacked by The Don Callis Family earlier in the show.
