The final episode of AEW Dynamite before Dynasty, featuring the World Champion in action and more!
The main event of AEW Dynasty will see World Champion Jon Moxley put the title on the line against Swerve Strickland. On the go-home episode of Dyamite, Moxley teamed with Marina Shafir and Strickland teamed with Swerve Strickland in a tornado tag team match. Additionally, the brackets were revealed for the Owen Hart Foundation Tournaments.
Excalibur, Tony Schiavone and Taz were the announce team for the show.
The Following Results Took Place On AEW Dynamite:
- As Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir made their entrances commentary announced that Jay White was injured. This injury is legitimate and White will need surgery.
- Swerve Strickland and Willow Nightingale defeated Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir. After the match, Moxley laid out Nightingale with the Paradigm Shift.
- The brackets were revealed for the Men’s and Women’s Owen Hart Tournament. New signee Kevin Knight was named as the replacement for White and will face Will Ospreay in the opening round.
- Toni Storm defeated Penelope Ford. Megan Bayne confronted Storm after the match.
- MJF claimed that The Hurt Syndicate needed him but Bobby Lashley thought otherwise. MJF said that he would prove himself and prove them wrong.
- The Learning Tree won a squash match.
- Kevin Knight and Will Ospreay defeated Blake Christian and Lee Johnson.
- Brody King defeated Lance Archer.
- Cope defeated Claudio Castagnoli. After the match Strickland was seen backstage and Moxley threw him through glass.
